It was a very productive session. Follow up that afternoon.
I am new to Froedtert and so far it's been really good. People have been so friendly and helpful. My only issue so far is navigating the buildings!
The doctor was patient while listening to my concerns and symptoms. We agreed to a plan of action that was reasonable to both parties. He explained very well what he thought caused my problem .

Was very satisfied with the visit I had with this new doctor
I wish I could have got an earlier appointment; I realize that Dr. Birchak is busy. I enjoyed speaking with him. I wanted a second opinion about an upcoming procedure, and Dr. Birchak helped me realize that my primary electrophysiologist would do a good job. I wish that other doctor would have taken the time to explain the procedure and address concerns as Dr. Birchak did.
Check in, medical assistant and doctor all were friendly, positive, helpful and respectful. Dr. Birchek was up to date on my condition, did an excellent job of explaining his findings, my conditions and my treatment options. I felt like I am being well taken care of.
