Maria Diener, PA-C

Maria Diener, a certified physician assistant, works in collaboration with Advanced Heart Failure physicians to evaluate, diagnose and treat chronic cardiac conditions including heart failure and infiltrative disease such as amyloidosis and cardiac sarcoidosis. As an integral part of your team Maria excels at the management of cardiac diseases allowing her to create an individualized plan for care. If a cardiac procedure or advanced therapy evaluation is indicated, Maria will guide you through the process. Maria provides patient care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. She strives to enhance continuity of care and patient compliance by creating a tailored approach to their care.

Maria received her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences at Marquette University. She later achieved a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at Marquette University in 2007. She has practiced in cardiology since 2009 and transitioned to Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology in May 2022.
