I always appreciate the excellent care I receive at the Eye Institute from Dr. Hong and his team.
Dr. Hong is great and very thorough.. I kno he gets behind and there is usually a wait.. That's why I always schedule my appointments early in the day as possible to avoid waiting so long.. None the less I would not see anyone else..
Very nice staff ! I felt at ease the whole time!I value Dr hong
Although wait was long, I would rather wait longer and have the MD spend adequate time with me than feel rushed through appointment. I appreciate the time he spends with me. I hope this does not change.
Dr. Hong is the best, I HAVE receive outstanding treatment from him over the past two years!
Dr. Hong is very thorough and meticulous in reviewing all my records and discussing treatments with me.
It's been a long time since I've had such a great experience seeing a doctor!! He was very thorough and explained everything very nicely.
Very happy with my care
Been with Dr. Hong for about ten years. He is usually quite late for appointments because he spends a lot of time with each patient, including me, and that alone is worth the additional wait time to see him. He is very good!
One of my top favorite doctors ever!!
Very professional staff
Dr Hong excellent doctor.
I am very appreciative of the care, knowledge, and expertise Dr. Hong has with my eye issue. Though he often runs very late, he is very thorough and allows me to make informed decisions about my treatment and care. He also communicates well with other providers in my care team.
Very kind and pleasant
Dr Hong had an emergency surgery to perform today and my appointment was pushed back. I give him credit for never rushing through any appointments to catch up. He stays late until everyone is taken care of.
I'm extremely grateful for the quality of helpI've gotten so far thank you !
Dr. Hong is an amazing physician. He is brilliant, caring, and kind. He has improved my vision tremendously!
Everyone was great! Would of liked an update as to the delay in seeing the doctor.
Although there is always a wait time to see Dr Hong, I know it is worth it bc he is being very thorough!
Dr Hongbis very professional. Took time to provide a thorough exam. Most extensive I've ever had. Didn't cut corners. Explained situation In easy to understand language. Showed he cared about my particular situation.
Very thoughtful and with excellent manners and personality.
Dr Hong is very good at what he does but prompt does not describe him. I was the 1st appt, purposely scheduled as 1st appt to try to get seen in reasonable amt of time, and he was still 40 min late. He is not respectful of patient's time. However, once he is actually in the room, he is very good.
I've been seeing Dr Hong for nearly 20 years, and the long delays have been consistent over the years. I can understand delays can happen, but with him it is EVERY time. It is disrespectful. Consistent 1.5-2 hour delays is unacceptable. Patients have important lives/jobs too, not just doctors!
