I had a 2.5 hour wait, but was treated w the utmost respect and Dr. Hung is a wonderfully skilled and professional physician- he is the best!
I have been seeing Dr Hong for 18 years and some things never changethe totally unacceptable delays (HOURS). It is quite rude and disrespectful to the patient. I don't know that I have ever been seen by him on time.
Dr Hong did an amazing job with my eye surgery!
I was told in advance that Dr Hong can run very behind with uncontrolled circumstances. I was prepared for a long wait and was pleasantly surprised that wait was only around 20 minutes. I felt that all attention was on my health and he thoroughly examined me for every possibility. He was very professional and kind and friendly. I have had a couple bad experiences through Froedtert, but thoroughly impressed with this visit!
Dr. Hong was just outstanding.....
Dr. Hong is extremely thorough, informative and nice.
Dr Hong is always very pleasant and professional. Thank you!
Everything was very professional, respectful, informative, timely and very well explained.
Dr Sang Hong was absolutely amazing- very thorough and took his time asking questions and examining my mothers eyes!
I appreciated how thorough the exam was. I received comprehensive answers to all of my questions.
I appreciate the time Dr. Hon spent. He was thorough and did not rush through the exam. He was personable and took time to understand my concerns. He is a rarity in specialized physicians.
Doctor was on-call so we had quite a wait to see him - not sure how that situation could have been avoided.
Dr. Hong was an in person visit. Dr. Hong is the best and most wonderful doctor.
Dr. Hong is thoughtful and caring. He has done an amazing job resolving my issues and encouraging for the future. I received excellent care.
Dr Hong is a very caring hands on physician. He really makes me feel listened to and educates me as to how to best take care of my post surgical needs by not only telling me, but showing me. He makes me feel valued as a perso, unlike most docs who seem only interested in " getting in and out as fast as possible." The only drawback is the wait was 2 hour 40 minutes. He was on call, seeing patients like myself and giving them what they needed, and one doc down yesterday. Even though waiting so long can be frustrating, I would gladly do it because I feel like he is the best of what doctoring should be/ everyone gets his best!
He was very through and explained everything he was doing. Very good at telling me what he was doing as he went along.
Dr. Hong is an extremely intelligent and caring doctor. He is very thorough and takes the time to listen to your concerns and answer your questions. He doesn't talk down to you or above your head. I hope Dr. Hong stays at Froedert for the length of his career!
