This is my first pregnancy and Sarah Mess was absolutely amazing. She got to know us as people first, not just patients. She clearly explained everything she was doing, and everything we should expect throughout this whole process. I trusted her professional opinion, and she always respected my decisions. I will also say the labor and delivery nurses were also incredible. I always felt cared for supported and listened to. I'm so happy about our whole experience and thankful to have worked with such wonderful people.

Sarah was incredible! I am so glad to have her as a provider going forward. She was so kind and truly listened to every concern I had. She thoroughly answered my questions and was willing to have conversations with me about a variety of topics. I felt respected and cared for. I often leave appointments feeling as if the provider is is rushing through the appointment or pushing decisions on me. It was so nice to not have this experience today! The appointment lead time was extremeky long (6 weeks). Luckily I was able to see Sarah sooner due to other cancellations and the waitlist.

Being this is my first pregnancy, I was very nervous attending my first appointment. Sarah was absolutely AMAZING! She respectfully and gently explained everything she was doing during the pap and ultrasound. I felt safe and comfortable and truly at ease. She was encouraging and very detailed in all she was doing. Sarah clearly explained everything we needed to know moving forward in the pregnancy and answered all questions with great knowledge. I could not be more happy with my care today and I really am looking forward to working with her through this new journey! I am grateful for her care and will highly recommend her to others! I am getting my OB care at a different hospital but Sarah was recommended as the best lactation aid in the area. I've struggled so much with my nursing journey, it's a sensitive subject for me, and Sarah made me feel heard. She listened when I said I exhausted all the otc options and she went the extra mile to help me get results. I now feel confident going into my second round of nursing and if any obstacles come up I'll be able to overcome them quickly with Sarah on my team.
