Explained things in terms I understood. Gave me extra material to read so I could make a good decision for myself. Dr De Stefano and staff were very pleasant , professional and caring.
The very delicate surgery in reattach a dislocated implanted lens and follow up care was preformed with exacting professionalism by all of the people Involved. I appreciate the work everyone Involved did as well as the schedulers/front office staff (including pharmacy) and other people Involved that I may not have seen (ie: housecleaning and maintenance.) Thank you all.
Pleased with my care by all.
The doctor gave me great confidence in how well the procedure went and the quality of the results
They good a good job
Dr. DeStefano was excellent and professional, as well as his assistants.
Froedtert is the Best!!
Very impressed--Dr DeStefano was excellent--made me feel valued and answered all my questions Thank You
Dr. De Stefano is very professional and caring. He answered all of my questions following my 1st cataract surgery and his assistant providing me with a chart regarding my eye drop applications which was extremely helpful in keeping up with when I should take these eye drops.
I can't remember the nurse's name, but both her and Dr. DiStefano are wonderful.
We're very happy with all the help we need.Very good job!!!
Everyone was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable, whether testing my eyes, or providing information.
Very happy with care being given to me by Dr De Stefano
The procedure that I was considering was elective. The doctor did not try to persuade me to have the surgery, but gave me an objective explanation of the pros and cons. He also gave me his personal opinion, stating that he didn't feel that I would benefit enough from the Surgery to warrant the risks.
Dr Stefano and his entire staff are fabulous.
Dr. DeStefano made this entire two-cataract surgery worry free. Excellent physician! Very calming going into the first surgery and attentive throughout explaining procedures and findings, and patient listening. Great staff throughout this entire experience.
The doctor was kind and courteous. He asked if I had questions and took the time to answer them. I wish I would have asked if there were certain charges in vision or Increase in pain that I should report to my doctor, if I experience them. What experiences are normal with this condition and not to be concerned about and what types of changes that could be a cause for concern.
Dr deStphano explained very well my condition and how he plans to treat it. I have confidence in him.
Very pleased with everything.
I have complained about having very dry eyes for years. As far as I know this was the first time I have been tested. I was given a prescription. It was very expensive but worked very well. Within hours my discomfort began to subside. My vision improved and even congestion cleared. I feel if this continues I may not have to have cataract surgery for a while. I am very pleased thus far and cautiously optimistic results will continue.
Front desk is top notch. Dr. DeStephano is caring and honest about real outcomes. I have recommended, without hesitation or reservation, Dr. DeStephano to others who have eye challenges.
Pleasant, professional and knowledgeable
Excellent appointment
Dr Stefano does everything to make it easier for patient, including making a great chart to keep track of eye drop doses.
A student intern participated in the exam under the doctor's direction and with my permission. I felt respected and grateful for the opportunity to have helped with the student learning and experiencing the exam and the condition being treated.
