Proxy access lets you view and manage a family member’s health information through your own account. This might be for a child, a spouse or someone you care for.
Here’s how to get started.
- Log into your account online at my.froedtert.com.
- In the menu, scroll down to account settings and select personalize.
- Select the link for the type of proxy access you would like to request, whether for a minor or an adult for whom you have power of attorney. You may also grant someone access to view your record.
