I really like Dr Lalande. I had my initial appt with her earlier this year and she really took the time to understand and listen to my issues and showed empathy which my primary care doctor did not do which is why I now have my primary care doctor with ProHealth Care instead. Dr Lalande was VERY knowledgeable and VERY helpful. She is very kind and caring and she connects with her patients. I appreciate Dr Laland very much!

This was the first time I had a provider spend more that 15 minutes with me (I was active duty military for 22 years and now primary care at the VA since 2019). Dr. LaLande was beyond phenomenal; she listened, didn't judge me, didn't dismiss me, explained everything in detail, and also found a different potential health issue my VA provider had not and sent me for labs. I'm just blown away with how amazing she is. Thank you so much, Dr. LaLande!!
