I receive exceptional care from Dr LaLande and her staff ALWAYS!! She is the BEST in her Field!! The biggest complaint I have about the clinic as a whole, is I am very uncomfortable and anxious having compromised immunity, having to share a waiting room with urgent care patients!! There is no seperation between the Endocrinology Dept. And Urgent care waiting room, that is NOT acceptable!!

Dr. Lalande is definitely one of the best doctors I have had experience with. She spent a lot of time with me to go over everything in detail regardless of the time involved. This is a new condition for me and it made me feel comfortable knowing that she wasn't overlooking anything. She was so thorough and made me feel at ease about the steps going forward.

It was one of the best appointments that I have had In a long time. I was made to feel very comfortable and listened to. Lots of great questions were asked and answered by all involved. I was very pleased with our plan of action and after visit communication.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. LaLande. She is kind, compassionate, attentive, and thorough. She doesn't speak as though you are beneath her, nor does she appear to be in a hurry to get to her next patient. You may have to wait a little longer in the waiting or exam room, but you know it's because she is giving everyone the attention and consideration they need to be heard.
