Chen Cui, MD

I appreciate the way Dr Chi related to me. He explains things well and is very open and encouraging of ques. He is a good listener. I as impressed how much he remembered of me from our last encounter. I am comfortable referring others to him not only because of his skill and knowledge - but his also a genuinely nice person.

He gave me options for next steps and took the time to explain them. He encouraged me to participate in my care which I appreciated

I really like Chen Cui. He is very kind and takes the time to explain most things to me. I wasn't sure he was hearing me when I told him about how restrictive my pain is for my desired lifestyle, as it used to be. But, he recommended an MRI, which should provide more detailed information. He mentioned the possibility of doing 2 procedures that previously were not successful and discounted the one that was very successful. That's why I gave some ratings as good instead of very good. I couldn't quite tell if he was listening to me or if his mind was made up before seeing me, since he did review my prior medical history.

No; having this doctor has been a good experience.

Dr Cui is very nice. I think it's hard for him to have suggestions for my care when there aren't a lot of options.

I reviewed his video prior to appt he is exactly what he claimed. He is an amazing MD, fortunate to be in his care. Fully explains, is caring - is fully present in appts!

The only area for improvement is the Dr has a high patient load and it is hard to get an appointment on short notice. It may be worth keeping a couple of spots each day open for urgent situations. Dr Cui is excellent!

Considering I had written down the wrong appointment time on my calendar, I was very thankful that there was a cancelation and that Dr. Cui was able to fit me in to his schedule. I was treated very kindly by Dr. Cui and the entire staff.

The whole experience was very well handled. The physician assistant was very kind as was the doctor.

I love there concerns , and I love how they work

The physician was excellent - easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. The medical assistant was also an excellent provider and communicator. So, I am a healthy, alert, and mentally competent senior. I felt like I was (at best) an inconvenience to the clerks - while they were civil, they were also sending a tacit unspoken message that I was t worth their time or effort. I will continue to use Froedert and will continue to be their friend and fan - but it's only because I can remain objective.

Dr. Cui and each and every one of the staff members who I encountered were calm and re-assuring, kind and helpful, and 100% efficient and knowledgeable about their individual responsibilities and actions. I felt like I was being gently treated by my own daughters and sons. My most gracious thanks to the entire team!

This was my first meeting with Dr. Chen Ciu, and I found him both pleasant and professional. I have great faith in his knowledge of a vast array of musculoskeletal conditions. He spent time explaining his thoughts and discussing his treatment plan to me. I was very impressed.I was also impressed with the ns assistant, the scheduler juggling multiple appointments with grace, and the X-ray department. I moved through the system easily.
