About

I was born and raised in a small town in Oklahoma. After graduating university I moved to New Hampshire where I met my beautiful wife and completed medical school. We began our family in Cleveland and now have four amazing children. I had the amazing privilege of working for the Menominee Indian Tribe before moving here to the Milwaukee area. We are an active family; we love to compete, hike, be outside, laugh...and did I say compete? I love to spend as many hours on a bike as I can - it's my happy place.

Dr. Bivins is one of the best doctors ever! He is patient, kind, caring and understanding. He listens and explains things very well. If there was a Doctor of the year award he would most definitely get my vote!!
I saw Dr. Bivins for the first time this visit. He was very knowledgeable and asked insightful questions. His manner is quiet and calm and experienced. I appreciated all of that. It's great to know that Froedtert has such a group of great physicians on their roster. I felt like I had excellent care at a time when I needed exactly that. Thank you so much.
Great people at every function
Dr. Bivens has been myPrimary Physician for quite awhile. I drive half hour on freeway to follow him. Excellent care from him.

Dr. Bivins shows great care about a person. My children and I have seen Dr. Bivins for over 20 years and plan on staying with him as long as he is practicing.
Dr. Bivins is a great doctor who really cares about his patients well being. His staff was very friendly, making us very comfortable. I even mentioned to my wife how nice it was to see Dr. Bivins again. (It has been over a year since he left the North Shore.) Great visit !
Both the Medical Assistant and Dr. Bivins were attentive and answered my questions thoroughly. I have not been feeling well for several weeks and I am hopeful for a turn around in the near future.

Dr. Bivens is one of the finest physicians around. He is dedicated to his craft and is genuinely concerned about his patients. As with most primary care physicians who are handed an excessive case load, he makes the effort to treat and understand his patients at a personal level. He is one of the best.

Dr. Bivins is exactly how I wish every other physician would be, in terms of care, compassion, expertise and knowledge. I feel safe under his care.
My PCP had entered labs to be drawn later that day at another Froedtert visit on the main campus. My PCP was to then call me with results, concerns, etc. I am still waiting to hear from my PCPs office although I messaged them in MyChart that the labs were posted!
Dr Bivins takes time to show his concern for me and offers referrals as needed.
Dr. Bivins is an outstanding & wonderful doctor and pleasure to work with. He provides clear & precise instructions regarding health matters, but also provides precise guidence as to how to successfully resolve & manage health matters effectively.
This was our first time at this clinic and although it's quite a drive from our home we wanted to continue to see Dr. Bivins as he has been our doctor for many years. We were very pleased with the staff and the clinic facility and happy to see Dr. Bivins as usual.
