As someone who has had a number of poor experiences with other facilities, my appointment(s) at Froedtert were a fantastic experience. Start to finish everyone I dealt with were very open and welcoming, knowledgable, and easy to communicate with. A refreshing experience for a medical facility. Thank you! I know that should I be selected for a transplant, I will be in very good hands.
The whole staff was great. They were informative and patient. Awesome listeners. Very detailed and realistic.

We felt like we heard a lot about the program, it was very patient centric. Loved that we didn't need to go from office to office to talk to each different part of the transplant program.

Dr. , spent a great deal of time reviewing the records and explaining what would be necessary. She said we could ask our primary care dr in Illinois to schedule 2 scans in Illinois. This makes it easier for us. We appreciate that.The RN we saw was very helpful as well.The financial advisor offered us helpful advice regarding website pharmacy for medications.
From the time received my kidney till now I have been very pleased with my care.All of the doctors and nurses have been more than kind and helpful.In the hospital I was treated very well.The doctors are still trying to get my medication correct.I'm being kept up to date with my chart.
