Dr. Joachim is always caring and thorough and addresses all my concerns.

Dr. Joachim is very positive and always all my worries. She listens carefully and checks with other team members for pertinent information. I appreciate her attitude and her thoroughness.

I liked how clearly Dr explained everything in the procedure. She was also very forthright about health information that affects kidney donor ability to donate.

The transplant clinic and all members, specifically Dr Joachim are excellent about addressing my care, answering any questions I have and overall getting back to me in a very timely manner. I had a difficult decision to make about what to do next, and Dr. Joachim was willing to set up a video call as she knew my concerns and she helped me through my decision. I can not express enough how much I appreciate the time they all spend with me and that they do not make me seem like I am a "bother" as I have experienced in other non-Froedtert clinics. I am glad that I have my kidney care in this clinic!! Thank You.

Exceptional help from registration to visit with primary. Truly a delight to come for all my care needs.

I was late for almost 45 minutes connect on zoom due to technology issues but the care provider accommodated me. Also, she did not rush because I was late. She went above and beyond to care for me.

This was a video visit. The doctor was on time and thorough. A good easy experience was had!
