I had a great appt. I appreciate the doctor explaining everything so well and taking time to answer my questions and explain different options. I also appreciate the honesty of his answers. This will help determine what I want to do in the future.
I never feel rushed at Freodtert. I really don't wait.
Very good care given
I highly recommend Dr. Doerfer to anyone who is in need of outstanding ENT care. Additionally, the team at Froedert is always Couteous, willing to listen to my concerns, and thoroughly discusses my medical condition with me, so that I am clear on present and future plans and steps as we proceed with my care plan.

Dr.Doerfer was very knowledgeable, caring and helpful. I would highly recommend him.
Having profound hearing loss made it a little difficult to hear and understand people on zoom/virtual appointments. I managed, but it was a little challenging at understanding him, but he was good at repeating If needed. Fortunately, Dr. Doerfer also has a very clear speech tone that helped me out. Good audio output from his computer. Our discussions were on CI.
