We were happy to be able to have the appointment set up as a virtual visit.
Ken Christensen is always very friendly and thorough. He explains everything in detail . You can tell he really cares about his patients . I would recommend him to anyone !

Overall, it was a good doctors visit to doctors about 10 or 12 minutes late. Otherwise, no issues.
I did call the clinic as I was, what I thought, on the correct place for visit. The scheduling woman was very helpful, patient and understanding. She went to find Dr.to inform him that I was on the visit (guess I wasnt?) Dr Christensen then called me.
The issues with the video was on our end. The provider then called to do a telephone visit which was very appreciated
Ken and staff are very professional, and make me feel wonderful in their care.
Ken is very thorough. He has a wonderful bedside manner and made me f el comfortable.
