My appointment was during a time when Epic and the phones were down. It was seamless to me, but they did share what was happening in case there were any delays. Ken is always on time and is so knowledgeable and thorough and so, so nice!

I personally think this visit was a waste of my time. All the provider did was go over blood work and my ultrasound..that could have been handled on a televisit. I drive 100 miles for a 15 min appointment. Wont be doing that again. If they don't examine you my visit can be done over the phone. I can see if I am having issues then go for an office visit.

Kenneth enabled me to get the prescription for the medication for my liver which was very easy and enabled me to finally use it

Everything went well and a plan has been decided and I am complying to recommendations.

Dr Ken Christiansen and staff and nurses are totally awesome and I have told many of my friends about the care, compassion, and genuinicity. I would be willing to publically to do a commercial on behalf of them.

Ken always answers all of my questions, I have a lot. He is patient, and helps explain things. He is very easy to speak with and I am not nervous, just nothing bad to say here,and all of great.
