See comments on other page.I will add that working with the nurses thru MyChart is always a pleasant experience. They get back to any questions/concerns I may have SO quickly. They are always very friendly and respectful. The very same goes for the schedulers. Everybody is kind, friendly and respectful. Dr. Christensen is very attentive; listening to all my questions and concerns. He was very thorough with me regarding my illness, explaining well if I didn't understand something. There were concern, questions I brought up that were not in his med area. Dr. Christensen took the time to guide me in right direction per condition. He messaged them as well. He showed genuine care of the condition for which I see him for as well as my over-all heath.

PA Christenson is an exception to the rule of excellence. He not only understands the intrinsic details of the specialty he practices, but also is gifted in the art of speaking and reaching the patient to help a person with a serious condition to not only relax but leave his appointment with renewed faith, and courage to overcome life's setback. Ken is one of the special people that makes Froedtert, a premier care giving facility that provides the promise or possibility that wonderful things can happen.

I was supposed to talk with Dr. Franco during the visit. The PA went to get him and I waited for 25 minutes. Dr. Franco did not come to speak with me and no explanation or reason was given to me. I had to cut off the visit as my phone was out of power.
