Great care

Dr. Ken is a breath of fresh air. I appreciated his direct approach to my medical issues and easy to understand solutions. He answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed (how rare). In addition, he has a great sense of humor which allowed me to relax. I left believing I was in good hands...

Provider seemed more concerned about charting. When I attempted to bring up questions and points of concern he back flustered. Which caused me to become upset. He showed little concern for trying to understand my questions. I am unsure of my current diagnosis/prognosis. He left room to talk to supervisor. Returned said that I needed to schedule an appointment for one year. Completely disregarded any of my attempts to have a discussion. Finished his charting and told me that I should schedule a follow up for next year. He said he had other patients then left. I was unclear on what my treatment plans. After he left I continued to stay in the room for my after visit summary the the nurse assistant came into the room and asked why I was still in the room. I stated that I didn't know what was going on. She left after listening to me later returned and told me that I needed to schedule a follow up for 1 year at the front desk.

Ken is a great care giver. He made me feel very comfortable discussing my illness and treatment

I was very impressed with Ken's listening ability, his compassion for my problem and for his depth of knowledge. He knew exactly what the issue was and sugested plans I should consider regarding my overall health. He plans to have me be revisited in 6 months for repeat testing which I'm very happy about. My issue is a very serious one and Ken understands that with a good set of plans to make sure, it doesn't get any worse. Bottom line is I would highly recommend him without hesitation.

Ken took the time to review all my tests, including the bloodwork. He was very reassuring about my concerns of my liver and recent hospital stay. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with liver concerns.

I cannot recommend this PA Kenneth enough! He went above and beyond to ensure I felt completely informed and cared for. His explanations were incredibly clear, and he took the time to explain every detail in a way that truly resonated. I felt like I understood everything about my treatment plan when I left, which brought immense peace of mind. He is genuinely caring and an exceptional professional in Liver care.

My overall experience with this clinic has always been pleasant

My appointment was during a time when Epic and the phones were down. It was seamless to me, but they did share what was happening in case there were any delays. Ken is always on time and is so knowledgeable and thorough and so, so nice!

I personally think this visit was a waste of my time. All the provider did was go over blood work and my ultrasound..that could have been handled on a televisit. I drive 100 miles for a 15 min appointment. Wont be doing that again. If they don't examine you my visit can be done over the phone. I can see if I am having issues then go for an office visit.

Kenneth enabled me to get the prescription for the medication for my liver which was very easy and enabled me to finally use it

Everything went well and a plan has been decided and I am complying to recommendations.
