My experience today with the MRI team was superb!

I just switched to Dr. Dement since my other doctor didn't seem to answer my questions timely or at all. So far I am pleased as she actually is paying attention to my needs and offering suggestions on treatments.

Everyone was very nice.

Very nice and even though it was the 1st time seeing her, she made me feel like she knew me. I love this clinic and recommended it to everyone!

The nurse assistant is so cheerful, professional, and she really listens to your concerns. Dr. Dement listened to and assessed my concerns and provided answers and direction in treating my illness.

After having a doctor visit so bad in 2019 and not seeing a doctor since then, as a new to me doctor I could t have been treated any more wonderfully. Everyone I dealt with was absolutely top notch. Put me at ease.

I'm sorry that I'm very poor with recalling names, but Dr. Dement was courteous and professional in her brief dealings with me. The assistant who spent most of the time with me during my visit was top-notch: polite, friendly & funny, professional, and skilled. I had a very enjoyable visit!

This was a great experience from check in, to the medical assistant, medical student, doctor, and lab technician. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming!

Dr. Dement is a great doctor- very kind and asks for my thoughts/input when determining the plan of care. Her MA is wonderful and the front desk staff is very welcoming.

Dr. Dement is an amazing addition to my care team. She listens to my questions and answers everything in a way I can understand. She also explains her decisions so I can understand them, along with the reasoning. It's been a long time since I've had this level of care from my GP.

Guided me to the best treatment for the problem I had and let me know what would happen next.

I switched to Dr Dement as my family doctor as I could never get in to see my family doctor of five years. It was very easy to make my appointment and she seemed to listen better than my other doctor. Glad I switched.

I emailed my care provider the next day to double check on some items that were discussed and she replied immediately.

Love the nurse/medical assistant who works with Dr. Dement. She is so personal, and sweet. I left feeling like I'd like to grab a coffee with her and get to know her better. She made me feel like she genuinely enjoys her job and cares about everyone she interacts with. The entire staff at this location is very warm and welcoming. I also feel like Dr. Dement truly cares about the well being of her patients. I see an OBGYN through Froedtert and while she is great, a receptionist there often makes me feel unwelcome and a burden. So great to go to this location where everyone is so genuinely helpful and welcoming.
