About

I have my undergraduate degree from UW-Madison in microbiology. I completed my master’s degree in physician assistant studies at the University of New England in Portland, ME and moved back to Wisconsin to be closer to family. I have been providing care for patients in endocrinology since 2006 and have the utmost respect for the physicians and nurses, and other advanced practice providers that I have learned so much from over the years.

Lisa Cook is a phenomenal medical provider. She listens, explains and her overall manner is friendly and easy to talk to. She shows interest in one's personal life and makes attempts to remember important details. Love seeing her each year.
