About

I have my undergraduate degree from UW - Madison in microbiology. I completed my master’s degree in physician assistant studies at the University of New England in Portland, Maine and moved back to Wisconsin to be closer to family. I have been providing care for patients in endocrinology since 2006 and have the utmost respect for the physicians and nurses, cdes and other advanced practice providers that I have learned so much from over the years.

Great experience all around!

Lisa Cook is an exceptional provider. She gives me the knowledge and ways to implement the skills needed to take care of my diabetes. I travel past many other clinics just to see her. Because of her care my A1C is the lowest it's been in 15 years. She always makes me feel listened to and well cared for ! Do whatever you need to keep her around !
