Dr. Li explained exactly what was being done step by step throughout the procedure. I appreciated being kept informed so that I knew what to expect.
I really appreciate Dr Li's explanations of the examination, the possible treatment, and next steps. It was all very clearly explained, simple but not dumbed down.
