Nichole is the first care provider I've had that was compassionate, and sensitive and actively listening to my issues about my weight rather than telling me I wasn't trying hard enough to lose weight.

Nicole was the first person I've had in a long time where I didn't feel like she was trying to rush out of the room and get to the next patient. She listened to my concerns, discussed possible causes, and gave me different options to consider to remedy my issues. She also followed-up with me once my results were back with a plan. I definitely intend to establish care with her going forward.

I felt miserable and asked for a slightly different approach to Rx. She explained why that wouldn't work and offered better.
