Dr. Puccia helped explain everything thoroughly. Everyone there was attentive and helpful. If I could give everyone Daisys I would want too. Not many health care offices have the level attention to detail and compassion they everyone I spoke to.

What a true bonus visit. The resident who came in first was so kind and knowledgeable and had read up about my condition and my background. When Dr. Puccia came in he too was aware of my condition and clearly the resident had Collaborated.Dr Puccia is a tremendous doctor with loads of patience who Thoroughly explains what the prognosis is and the surgical methods that are available to fix it. He is incredibly easy to understand and kind hearted and patient. Most importantly he is an expert in the ENT field with what I have. So glad to have been referred to him. As far as doctor appointment goes, This appointment was by far the best appointment I have ever experience ( and I have had MANY appointments in my life time ) ALL the staff was so kind, understanding, took time to listen about any concerns , The Doctor had excellent bed side manners, talked every thing threw, listen to all my concerns took time to answer all my questions, and came up with a excellent plan that works for both of us !!! He also makes you fell at ease.

Excellent care

This was my initial appointment and I felt like I was welcome and valued. I love my new doctor. I feel that he is very informed, sympathetic, and sees me as an individual he wants to help. I am confident he will take good care of me.

Dr. Puccia (and his assistants) have always made a point to ask for my input and thoughts re: satisfaction of the treatment, and whether I feel any changes in treatment are indicated. It is clear that they have reviewed my chart prior to meeting with me and discuss relevant and pertinent info. I am very pleased with Dr. Puccia's skill and knowledge base and his engaging, interpersonal style.

I was scheduled to see a different dermatologist a month or so ago. They called me the day before that appointment to tell me that I needed to see a specialist. I explained that I had made that appointment while over a year ago. That receptionist was kind enough to contact Dr. Puccia's office and schedule an appointment for me with him within a short period of time. I was extremely happy with Dr. Puccia. He took the time to explain everything to me, listen to my concerns, and answer all my questions. I hopefully will see him in a few months to do the needed procedures. I would highly recommend Dr.Puccia.
