Dr. Ballard is wonderful. He listens to my concerns and offers solutions but isn't pushy and allows me to choose what I feel is best for me.

At my first clinic appointment with Dr. Ballard he seemed cold and distant. At my annual wellness visit he was much more approachable and friendly. I reviewed the notes in my chart. I don't appreciate canned text; several of the paragraphs were canned and didn't occur.
This was my first time seeing Dr Ballard. My initial impression is that he is very knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. I was happy with my choice.
