The provider is friendly and respectful but unable to really make any treatment plans or decisions without the doctor. She did consult with him later and sent me a message which I appreciate. The contact started with a my chart message I sent. The responding person indicated my questions were too extensive to be answered in a message so she scheduled me an appt for a specific date and time. I was surprised and had to work but was able to make the appt work. It was just surprising the way it was handled. In the end, I am still grateful for the clinic's expertise.

Whitney is always thorough, a great listener, prepares very well for your appt. Before you arrive (I.e., has studied, In detail, your care notes since your last visit. She is wonderful.
