Antonio Soto is really competent and supportive, easy to talk to, understood my issues very well.

Antonio was exceptional with the care he provided, as were the staff who helped me navigated the overly complicated interfacing and logistical issues with dealing with Froedtert as an institution. In my opinion, the staff should be lauded because I imagine any patient would be extremely frustrated with the healthcare process and the hospital itself before they ever walk through the door. In my experience, I almost always get defensive when working with such clientele.

I was unsure about going to a NP instead of the doctor but I was pleasantly surprised with the NP I had. He listened to me and was truly concerned with my health. I would choose him as my doctor if I could.

I usually get to my appointments early as I don't live near Wauwatosa. I arrived around 9:20 -9:30 for a 10am appointment, was called back around 9:45. Dr Soto and I chatted and we did my physical. The medical assistant, I forget their name, was very nice and helpful, and listened to what I had to say. I feel like Dr Soto listens and cares about what's going on in my health.
