Dr. Rutsch is an exceptional, down to earth, caring Provider. She listens and works with her patients to provide a health care plan that is mutually agreeable and manageable. I struggle with using NP/PA's, not because they are not great Providers, but because I trust the care of my MD who knows me personally.

Dr. Rutsch is a wonderful physician who performs very thorough exams, actively listens to her patients, and provides meaningful feedback/recommendations. A very compassionate doctor!

Dr. Rausch at the Jackson clinic is wonderful. After my long time physician retired, I bounced from doctor to doctor trying to replace him. I was ready to give up and just use urgent care when a friend referred me to Dr. Rausch. She was so easy to talk to, took my concerns seriously and helped me establish goals to work towards. I have confidence in her recommendations and trust her. I now once again feel involved in my care. The PA's that work with her are awesome as well. I hope she will continue to work in Jackson clinic and be a valued member of your staff. I say this because I have had other physicians who left their clinic because of new guidelines that were developed governing patient care. They didn't feel they could meet their patients needs. Dr. Rausch is great and a major asset to the clinic.

Dr Rutsch always takes time to listen. Always. I had been diagnosed that dizziness was from my diabetes medicine BUT Dr Rutsch listened to me and said she thinks it was vertigo. She really is an outstanding physician!
