The health system needs to look at Dr. Rutsch and her team as a leading example as to how care should be delivered. I've never felt so cared for when speaking with a physician. From the check-in experience to the work up in the room, this team at Jackson Health Center is doing a lot of things right and I'm grateful for the care I'm receiving that's so close to home.
