I was extremely disappointed with my visit. My physical used to be a time to discuss any medical concerns. I'd mark them on my intake form and we'd discuss them. Now she doesn't even look at my form and when I bring up the 1-2 small concerns they are quickly diverted with small talk or suggestions to see a specialist. What's the point of a general practitioner if she isn't even practicing medicine? I was also very annoyed as I got to my appt shortly before the time my appt was and asked if the lab wasn't busy, if I could do my labs first, as I had been fasting and had to use the restroom. I was told that I couldn't because I was going to be called back right away. However, I sat in the waiting room and then I sat in the exam room for over 15 min, mentioning all along that I really needed to use the restroom. The final straw was, after my dr left the room I was told to wait for the nurse to return. I could hear the nurse and dr having a conversation about swimming lessons for quite a few minutes. When I had had enough of waiting and the bathroom because an emergency, I opened the door and was met with "she hasn't forgotten you" from my dr as the nurse walked down the hall in the other direction. The last thing that really upsetter me was that paps are not done every 5 years and I was told pelvics were not longer necessary, unless I wanted one. So, I felt weird requesting one and left without. After thinking it over all day, I began to regret my decision. Now I have to wait until next year. My doctor is a nice lady, but not someone I trust to care for my well-being. I think you have created an assembly line for medical care and it's very discouraging.

I appreciate that she is always ready to listen. She always makes me feel comfortable and that she she has ample time for me. My last PCP always made me feel that she had only a few minutes for me Dr Dinusson (my current PCP) has made me feel the opposite.

Dr. Dinnusson provides collaborative care. we develop plans of care together. When I call everyone is so nice. Staff introduce themselves. You can tell everyone likes to be there and likes their work. I marked never on the medications because I have maintanence dosing and did not need instruction.
