Staff was professional and engaging. It is a new location as well as a new provider. I had a very positive experience and happy with my new primary care physician.

I guess I expected more info about the physiology of the knee.
Alex was by far the best PCP I've ever met. Outstanding. She is the first person who has really listened and connected dots and wasn't just rushing onto the next patient.
Excellent, quick virtual access was provided for an urgent care type need.
Dr.Gist is a wonderful Doctor. In addition to her technical skills as a physician, Dr. Gist listens deeply and works with me on plans to improve my health. I respect and trust her as my physician!

Alexandra Theodosis NP is excellent. She has compassion and provides support. She takes the time to provide explanations which appears to be lacking in other clinics. Communication is vital to the patient experience. I would definitely recommend her to others.

This clinic seems to have a good mix of personnel. They were responsive to me as soon as I came through the front door. One of the receptionists knew my name which would be difficult with the numbers of people passing thru the clinic.

My provider is approachable and professional. I think maybe the staff is too overwhelmed with patient load or administrative requirements that may not allow them the time to really look into each patient's history and ongoing treatments. Overall, I am satisfied with the clinic and staff.
