Very good care and very professional.
She was very thorough & explained everything to me. She was very, very nice as was her nurse/assistant. And I trusted what she said to me.
Dr Marshall was unable to be at my schedueled appointment so I was told that I would get into see her ASAP. The earliest I could see her was a month later after waiting six months for the first appointment! She did an excellent job of answering my questions and including me in her treatment options.

I was very pleased that I could get an appointment prmptly to address my Issues! The Dr. And her asistant were very understanding and I received excellent care.

Dr. Marshall gave outstanding attention to my concern. (This was my first app't with her). She had reviewed other doctors' notes on the subject, had some questions, listened fully to my overview of the most recent doctor's treatment and my decision not to follow her suggestion. Gave a much more detailed inspection of the problem area, and thus her conclusion was based on rigor that the preceding doctor did not show at all. Dr. Marshall is the person I have been waiting for since my original dermatologist left the area last year. She Is excellent and worth the wait even though I tried another doc beforehand and knew I couldn't continue with her.
She was fantastic and wonderful to talk with. She has great advice.
Dr Marshall was attentive, friendly, and Insightful. She did a thorough exam and make excellent recommendations - her med assistant was also very professional. She must have apologized 5 times for running late. A 7 minute delay Is perfectly tolerable and very understandable since I know from experience that I will not be rushed along. By the way Somebody in facility management moved my physician to the main floor, former urgent care center. In my opinion, this was a mistake. It is too clinical looking, and is very cold, as in temperature.

There was a sincere interest in helping me to understand the possible cause of my skin issues. I was extremely grateful for being told to call IMMEDIATELY if this issue returns so I may be seen as soon as possible to find out exactly what caused the skin irritation.

I just felt bad, after the doctor left the room, I wasn't sure if I needed to stay, so I left, hoping what we talked about would be in My Chart. I am grateful Dr. Marshall comes to West Bend. I wish she was here more often, but she is worth the wait to get an appointment.
I really like the staff and Dr. Marshall, my only concern is that she is extremely busy and I think she tries to spend as much time with you as she can when she is running behind.

I didn't think that the explanation of the fibers growing out my skin, being possibly caused by diseases other than Lyme was valid.All in all, a wonderful person who listened intently. She identified my fiber disease that 4 local doctors missed. They all labeled my problem as mental ( Dilusional Parasitosus )
