Dr Loehrl really listens to problems. He came up with a plan of care to treat issue. He also assured me that I should stay in touch to let him know how things went. Further testing might be necessary if problem continues. I was very satisfied with my care!
Nov. 26, 2019
was not rushed. answered all questions in an understandable way for a non medical person. thought about the whole care approach and not rushing to surgery.
Nov. 22, 2019
very thorough and takes time to explains things.

I had a special request and tried calling the office several times over the course of several days and never got ahold of anyone. When I left a voicemail, no one called me back. When the doctor ordered me a CT scan, the staff made me schedule it myself over the phone while they sat nearby doing nothing. I assume I need a follow up appointment but they did not help with that either. Dr. Loehrl is great though.

I'm 100% confident that I'm receiving excellent care and information when I meet with Dr.Loehrl and his staff.

Very compassionate

The providers care was above average. It is dealing with Froedtert's as an organization that is problematic. Way to many phone numbers, way to many phone call transfers in order to reach provider's office or support staff. Once I was finally able to connect with the support staff, everyone gave respectful and professional assistance.
Oct. 2, 2019
Very knowledgeable, but truly listened and took the time to give various options for care and thoughtfully create a wellness plan to help address my concerns.
Sept. 30, 2019
Very impressed with the overall experience and have complete confidence in the care and competence of my physician and his staff

During the visit, (and this has happened with other doctors), I was the patient but he spoke and looked at my daughter as she was the patient. She had questions right, but I was the patient and I felt he thought I wasn't of sound mind which I am. My children accompany me because of my walk and falling easily and that is THE ONLY REASON.
Aug. 27, 2019
Dr Loehrl is consistently very thorough. I have recommended him to others.
Aug. 21, 2019
He's intelligent (clearly knows his stuff), explains things well, is a good listener, easy to talk to, and friendly. I study communication (doctor/patient interpersonal communication is one area in my field) and Dr. Loehrl gets an A+ in that area. I also trust his judgment and that he is giving me sound advice.

Dr. Loehrl is very compassionate and caring. He definitely takes time to talk to his patients and offers advice and direction. Having Dr. Loehrl as my doctor is the best!! I'm so glad he has been here for me.

I habe been treated by Dr. Loehrl for over 10 years and I wouldn't change a thing. he is one of the best doctors I have ever been treated by. I wish others were as good. I am very pleased with his care, concern and he has never failed to work with me and my chronic sinusitis.
May 15, 2019

May 10, 2019

May 9, 2019
very good
May 9, 2019
The competence, intelligence and the ease of engaging in meaningful discourse about the issues at hand are of great value to me. Too many providers don't truly listen or talk down to the patient. Dr. Loehrl does a great job of treating me with respect and communicating at a level commensurate with my intelligence. I really value and appreciate that.

very informative

Yes - I have a problem with a health system that calls their doctors "providers" and nearly stopped filling out this survey. Dr. Loehrl worked very hard to become a physician and I think he should be called or referred to as Doctor or physician at all times, even in surveys about health. Surely, you can incorporate his degree into the survey by using scripts etc as you know who I am and know who I saw (that is, that I did not see an APP). Also, I am a physician and expect to be addressed as Dr. NOT by my first name in a survey or at the receptionists desk. This should be able to be incorporated into the EHR and into your practice of medicine.

dr loehrl did my last surgery 5 years ago and listened to what I had to say, then offered his professional advice while looking over my records. he was very concerned about my current condition and talked about my options after examining me. I appreciate and respect his opinion and look forward to a better quality of life!

I appreciate the amount of time he spent during my visit.
March 20, 2019
Dr. Loehrl is very good about considering my overall care and history of care, not just the issue of the day. Since I have a history of recurring infections, he prescribes appropriately for my needs.
March 19, 2019
he is very thorough and always explains everything in a way I can understand. super doctor!
March 14, 2019

March 13, 2019
Reception and dr himself were very off putting.
March 12, 2019
took the time with me and explained thoroughly
March 6, 2019
the only issue I had was not with the doctor but with his staff in scheduling a C.T. scan they were supposed to see what facilities were in network for me which did not happen when I asked they told me let them handle the insurance questions as not was not the doctors area of specialty. They tried to set me up at thier facility which was Not in network for me and would have cost me 3 times as much. not very happy I had to go over thier heads to discover this mixup.
March 5, 2019
I was late for my appointment because I got stuck in traffic. I called to tell then and they were very understanding
Feb. 25, 2019
Dr. Loehrl and his staff were OUTSTANDING to a person!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Feb. 23, 2019
The amount of time the doctor spent asking questions, talking about causes and solutions, and even taking a specimen from one sinus cavity, and the follow-up of a second visit, with a plan for dealing with the issue were extremely supportive to and welcomed by me.

excellence care and human treatment
Jan. 30, 2019
I've been seeing Dr. Loehrl for several years and he has always helped me get through the times when I have needed help with my condition. In addition, he is always pleasant and so is the support staff. When I send MyChart messages they are always answered promptly (and over the years I have sent him many). I am very satisfied with all the doctors I see at the various Froedtert locations.
Jan. 26, 2019
