About the Preceptor
Ryan aims to challenge residents by providing individualized rotation experiences in a wide variety of clinical scenarios. His goal is to help residents gain confidence in high-intensity situations by teaching and coaching, and then encouraging autonomous practice as the staff ED and/or critical care pharmacist. Residents are welcome to be as hands-on as they would like when on rotation with Ryan. He is enthusiastic about teaching residents and is invested in them and their career development. He has strong interests in critical care, emergency medicine, and toxicology. When not working Ryan loves to spend time watching Disney movies with his wife and baby girl, playing drums, recording music, fishing and attempting to golf.
