The Froedtert Health Research Chargemaster can be found on the MCW Office of Research site. It is to be used by researchers and their teams to obtain pricing requests for time-sensitive preliminary/estimate budgets, grant applications and study financial feasibility reviews.
If a service is not listed in the Chargemaster, please submit a Pricing Request Application. This pricing request form will describe exactly what is needed to turn around the request.
Please Note: Lab pricing is for Froedtert Health hospitals' inpatient/outpatient phlebotomy and lab services/resources, such as on-campus outpatient labs (examples: 92nd Street Lab, Center for Advanced Care Lab, Specialty Clinics Lab 2W), Froedtert Health cancer network labs, including the hospital-based cancer center clinics at Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital, Froedtert West Bend Hospital, Moorland Reserve Health Center and Drexel Town Square Health Center.
***For research requests not associated with other Froedtert Health clinical services and those that only require processing, storage and/or shipping, you will work directly with Wisconsin Diagnostic Laboratories External Client Services.
