We help athletes of all levels (age 12 and up) improve their athletic skills, learn techniques for preventing injury and, ultimately, reach their optimal athletic performance.

PEP starts with a musculoskeletal screening that leads to a customized plan aimed at achieving your objectives and fixing any muscle imbalances. Our instructors use proven training techniques and state-of-the-art equipment to help you maximize your athletic potential. Additionally, all of our programs focus on injury prevention.

Appointments & Pricing
Our reasonably priced programs are offered for individuals and teams. To ensure you get the most out of your program, each is customized to the sport and skill area you want to enhance. Session times are flexible.
Monday – Thursday: 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Includes 12 one-hour sessions.
- Initial assessment: $45
- Individual: $450 (Returning athlete discount is $25.)
- Group (2-4 athletes): $240/athlete
- Group (5-9 athletes): $120/athlete
- Group (10-14 athletes, teams only): $60/athlete
- Group (15-18 athletes, teams only): $40/athlete
