Kidney and Pancreas Transplant Outreach Clinic

In addition to seeing patients for kidney and pancreas transplant consultations at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, we also see patients at an outreach clinic located in Pleasant Prairie, Wis.

This additional location allows patients who have kidney or pancreatic disease to see a Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin nephrologist near their home and, if indicated, may facilitate referral to Froedtert Hospital for a transplant.
