Dr. Hettinger is an excellent doctor/surgeon.

Dr. Hettinger was very friendly, caring and professional. He discussed options for treatment of my trigger finger in words that I could understand. Verry happy with my experience.

The Dr & explained the problem clearly & succinctly. Then he offered the possible treatments, which allowed me to choose what made the most sense to me & the Dr. Its teamwork. Thank you!

Dr. Hettinger is thorough and explains what options are possible. Like the location, easier to access than the Townhall location.

Just a perfect, friendly and professional experience. The check-in person, who had to handle the phones as well, did a good job of dealing with a persistent caller while recognizing a line had developed. She handled the whole situation professionally and ably. The staff and doctor were great; very much appreciated the time and directness of Dr. Hettiger.

Dr Hettinger is absolutely wonderful. I have seen him frequently for different issues abs he is always professional, kind and ensures all my questions are answered. I have referred him to many people who all feel the same! You're lucky to have him on your staff.

I would highly recommend Dr Hettinger! He is a kind, compassionate physician who is extremely skilled as a surgeon. He always addressed my concerns and never made me feel rushed during my appointments. My experience with him throughout my journey was wonderful. I had surgery in April so I basically spent the summer every week in therapy and saw my doctor a few times during all of that. The receptionist staff, my therapist, and especially my doctor have been fantastic I couldn't have asked for a better experience or outcome

The MD and NP are absolutely the best! I have full confidence them both. Their "bedside manner" is amazing and they are fun. I am just sorry I don't have more than two hands.

Terrific experience overall once I arrived. The only thing I'd change was the pre-visit information. Would've been great to receive detailed information about finding the location because it's right across the street from the hospital and I originally went to the wrong location.
