Dr listened to concerns did not feel hurried

He was absolutely fantastic. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and all the while being very respectful and patient with my questions and concerns. I knew exactly what the next steps I needed to take were as well as the timeline of my future visits. It was the best experience I've ever had.

Dr. Hellman explained everything so thoroughly, gave us a really good suggestion of what the next steps should be and explained what the process entails in depth. I felt very comfortable talking with her and she answered all my mothers and my questions and concerns. I really appreciated her seeing me today.

Overall I had a very pleasant experience at Froedtert hospital! The facility was clean and beautiful and the staff was all very kind. Personally, I do wish Dr. Bosbous would have been a little more attentive during my visit. It was clear he does this procedure and surgery very often, so I understand he was probably tired and bored of the same spiel he had given all day to other reduction patients. He was kind, and he did give me a rundown of pretty much everything. But for me, as someone who has been dreaming about this surgery for years, he didn't make the visit feel personal to me, I just felt lumped in with every other patient he has seen in the past. He didn't ask me any deeper questions about my personal issues and history, he seemed very tired and ready to go home. Which I can understand. I just hope if/when I come back to have my surgery at Froedtert I will be treated a tad bit more "special" and not just another number or dollar sign. Again, he was very kind to me so I don't mean any disrespect. I just wish my appointment (that I drove 3 hours total for) wasn't so rushed and impersonal overall. I am very much looking forward to getting this procedure done and I am hoping all the reviews for Dr. Bosbous are as great as they seem. Thank you again!

Kathryn Rasmussen is very thorough. She provided great care to me during my appointment and answered all of my questions.

I'm glad I won't need to have another colonoscopy or endoscopy again which means I won't have to go through the prep again. That wasn't so pleasant!

Dr Trivedi is simply the best you don't want her to leave a physician who became one as she cares for her patients and it shows
