We offer a variety of classes to meet the needs of first-time and experienced parents, including classes on childbirth, breastfeeding, C-section and multiple births. We offer in-person birth center tours at our hospital birth centers. Video tours are also available.

We also offer post-partum core retraining and strengthening sessions at our Sports Medicine Center in Wauwatosa.

Online Pregnancy, Childbirth and Newborn Care Classes

All of our classes are open to moms-to-be who are delivering at one of our birth centers — Froedtert Hospital, and Froedtert West Bend Hospital.

All online classes are offered by Injoy. They are accessible from any device that connects to the internet. You will receive an assigned code after payment is made giving you access to the class website for nine months. Classes include interactive exercises with videos, helpful tools, checklists  and trackers.
