I was very pleased with the amount of time and conversation that my doctor took with me. Even the personal part of the visit is VERY important to make a patient feel more trust and confidence. This is too often missing from many medical visits these days. I appreciated it!

Excellent customer service

The Only issue I have is that I see a lot of providers and I wish that there was a better way for them to all communicate with each other! But I try my best to keep my primary doctor updated on any changes or new test or procedures that other doctors might want to perform I won't agree to anything without talking it over with my primary doctor because he knows me better than anyone else.

I love my endocrinology team - it's not always easy to navigate this disease and everyday life, but I always feel like they listen to me and want To help me figure it all out.

I have been recommending this clinic for at least the last ten years. Dr. Lalande is the best doctor I have ever had in my life, the best endocrinologist (at least four before Dr. Lalande) I have ever had, and a truly great person. She is incredibly knowledgeable about diabetes and a great listener, which makes one a great physician. The only problem with this clinic is the support that Froedtert gives it. The computers take forever to load information, print off any kind of paperwork, or enter in labs, appointments, or any other information. The seats in the waiting room are so old that one thinks they are sitting on the floor. They are worn and tacky. Froedtert needs to give the staff and doctors the support they need to do their job and leave them to do their respective jobs. Dr. Lalande is a great physician, a great provider, and one of the smartest individuals I know personally.

Love this doctor - hope he won't totally retire.

Jen made me feel at ease during my examination. She asked great questions and provided me with great explanations about my medical issues. I have already recommended her to my husband and mom.

Judy is one of my best medical providers at Froedtert and I see many. I am sad to know she will be retiring soon, even though I'm very happy for her.
